Oma HelpingHands Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Texas, USA. We serve as a root-bridge organization—connecting the generosity of individuals and organizations in the United States with community-led humanitarian efforts across Nigeria.
Through this bridge model, our U.S. Chapter manages governance, fundraising, compliance, and transparency, while our Nigeria Chapter carries out all program activities directly in local communities. This ensures that every initiative remains locally grounded, culturally relevant, and effectively implemented.

Founder’s Story
Oma HelpingHands Foundation began with compassion and conviction. Our founder witnessed firsthand how children, women, and families in rural Nigeria struggled daily—without access to clean water, education, or healthcare. These challenges inspired a calling to act.
What started as a small act of service grew into a registered charitable organization. Though our reach now extends across borders, the heart behind our work remains the same: to stand with the most vulnerable, restore dignity, and create opportunities for lasting change.

Our Structure
Oma HelpingHands Foundation operates through two interconnected branches that work as one mission:

▪ Nigeria Chapter – Implements programs on the ground, including education support, healthcare outreach, clean water access, vocational training, disability inclusion, and emergency relief. Our dedicated field team ensures that every project meets real community needs.
